Responsibility：
1. Lead and coordinate laser tool related meetings and activities. Search rough laser drilling parameters for new materials and support laser part of new material qualifications
2. Organize and monitor all activities to be ready before last project revision starts in mass production
3. Responsible for all part numbers which are outside the Standard Scope of Service
4. Establish a reporting and monitoring tool for the ramp up projects
5. Lead dedicated projects (critical => TFC P/N ) in the ramp up phase
6. Working with engineering Team for all activities related to the dedicated customer projects
7. Optimize P/N prior to ramp up into mass production
8. Coordinate several in parallel running ramp up P/N projects
9. Provide necessary reports and documentation for standardized process flow and short ramp up
10. Ensure appropriate resources are available and provide necessary support to all associated projects
11. Ramp up new project with the planned yield (calculated) and costs
12. Technical input for further development projects
13. Setup project team and meeting and review structure
14. Communicate and coordinate all project related information with our account team (Sales eng. , Quality)
Requirements：
1. Degree from higher technical collage
2. At least 5 years experience in PCB production laser drilling process in production environment
3. Experience in qualifying lasert tools, new material & equipment and leading projects
4. Knowledge of PCB/ICS overall production flow
5. Basic English skills, especially in written
6. Eager to learn the whole PCB manufacturing process & willingness to continuously improve professional knowledge
7. Computer skills: - MS Office Package (word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) Minitab, SAP
8. Good analytical skills
9. Good communication and negotiation skills
10. Good team player
11. Support in all the tasks that the superior gives to the employee
