About the job

Central Ordering Service means centrally (on country level) placing purchase orders in I-Shop system for end-user and follow up related goods receipt and Handle supplier queries regarding PO, follow and analysis IMS/Store purchase behaviour/spending.

About the assignment

·Receive the order placing/new supplier creation requirements from internal employees by Emails and operate ishop/CBD system accordingly;

·Receive the order/payment/supplier queries of internal employees by calls or emails and register the case accordingly in system;

·Receive the order/payment/supplier queries of external suppliers/vendors by calls or emails and register the case accordingly in system;

·Finish ishop order process (including place order process, approve process, goods confirmation process) in ishop system in a defined time frame and defined process mapping;

·Solve the AP problems and provide the solutions/answers on 1st level according to the defined scope in a defined time frame;

·Finish new supplier information creation/change in related system in a defined time frame;

·Assign the case to 2nd level support(Finance operational team/IMS user support team) to ensure professional and timely response to co-workers;

·Collecting the frequent asked questions and working on the standard answers;

·Tracking the performance of all tiers responses;

We are looking for the person who have:

·College degree or above

·Fluent oral and written English

·Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel

·Good communication skills

·Good time management skills

·Quick learner
