职位描述
岗位职责：
1、拜访化妆品企业技术及研发部、采购部门，负责化妆品原料市场推广；
2、具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和市场敏锐度，良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力；根据公司资源独立研发产品配方，推广应用，分析行业和竞品的市场热点趋势和动态，挖掘产品应用亮点，产品结构，和商务推广人员配合完成工作任务；
3、自我驱动力强，做事认真踏实，积极主动，富有进取心；抗压力强，具备较强执行力及团队协作精神；市场资料的收集和整理，组织市场推广活动；
4、有C牌驾照及英语读写能力者优先。
任职要求：
1、具有大专以上学历的精细化工等化工专业或市场营销等相关专业学优先；
2、性格外向活泼，工作积极主动，勤奋好学，具备良好的沟通能力，独立思考能力，组织能力和团队合作精神；
