• Internship in Research department
• Working location is Guangzhou

Responsibilities:

• Support Research department to draft English/Chinese topical research papers
• Support the fieldwork to gain research data for analysis and report writing
• Provide required supports to Research department for ad hoc consultancy projects

Requirements:

Bachelar and above degree, and major in Economicsm Urban Planning, Real Estate and relevant subjects

Proficient in English and Chinese, especially in writing

Good sense of numbers

Detail oriented

Good time management

Advanced in Excel, Word and PPT

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Team player
