POSITION SUMMARY
Our Client is an international company in engineering plastic industry, such as polyester and polyamide engineering plastics
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Leadership Role in the Sample Process
o Data Collection
o Product Selection
o Application Development
o Commercialization
o Track and report progress
- Communication, interaction, and coordination with other subsidiaries and headquarters as necessary.
- Communication with Customers, Sales force and other pertinent internal personnel in regards to any customer complaint or concerns.
- Communication with Customers on general inquiries regarding materials and/or processing.
- Manage application development programs
- Effectively taking the lead on specific programs and communicating results/resolutions
- Coordination of molding & testing with Laboratory when required
- Travel as required
- Attendance/support at customer mold trials
- Develop and Maintain literature regarding mold design, processing, troubleshooting, TDS.
- Participation in resolving CPARs that are material related.
- Other tasks, such as color house development, as assigned by Managing Director/CEO.
- Supervision of the Laboratory activities and responsible for managing the Laboratory personnel.
- Giving support to the customers and the internal department as far as providing the requested tests reports and documents.
- Coordinate the outsourcing of Laboratory tests - inquiring for offer and following the testing.
