职责描述：

1. Arrange all required tests, and ensure there is as less delay as possible 

2. Arrange internal and external customer reports, and ensure there is as less delay as possible

3. Cooperate with supplier and other related Dept, for new equipment installation, plan the qualification and finish the qualification-according schedule.

4. Set up, review and update all documents, ensure all of them are efficient and keep the harmonization with actual operation 

5. Finish required reports to superior as timely agreed without delay 

6. Optimize and improve test methods if possible related to quality and/or efficiency increase with considering the cost topic 

7. Communicate and cooperate with Maintenance, Facility, IT and supplier for related maintenance and service 

8. Arrange the priority for urgent material; control the material life time, and ensure there is no delay or exhausted 

9. Arrange the priority for urgent production and customer special analysis, and ensure there is no delay 

10. Work and emphasize professional and objective communication to within lab and external tab employee

11. Support lab external projects with best know how as assigned by superior. 

12. Implement the cost saving topic into the daily work, well plan resources man/material/machine, avoid and improve inefficient processes 

13. Manage related technician attendance 

14. Check and monitor 5S implementation 

15. Ensure environmental and safety 

16. Train and qualify new technicians based on superior order

任职要求：

4 Proficient in PC and office software

5 Multi-task comfortable, detail oriented

6 Good time management and independent working style

7 Qualified candidate should hold deep knowledge and experience within one or more areas listed below：

1)A wide range of failure analytic know how of tools and methods to ensure highest quality level analysis for root cause finding. From the start as failure observation and failure analysis plan until final report with root cause identification, highest FA skills can lead to success.

2)Experience in semiconductor die attach/mount assembly process and quality/audit; experience with expert knowledge in related key process field. Capability build up and qualification of DA process at new designs, recipe definition, yield improvements, Develop and improve methods related to die attachment or DA related process steps

3)Previous experience in development and implementing new reliability test methods, improvement and development of reliability related tool modifications, capabilities, applications, efficiency and run rates.
