RESPONSIBILITIES

岗位职责

• Comply with government safety & environment rules, follow Dana EHS policy and process in daily work.

  遵守中国安全生产与环境保护法律法规，将德纳环境安全健康政策和流程严格执行到日常工作中。

• Comply with the requirement of IATF16949 and Dana quality system, and requirement of ISO45001.

  遵守IATF16949的德纳质量体系的要求和ISO45001的要求。

• Be responsible for material plan, release order and forecast to supplier based on the production plan and customer forecast.

  负责物流计划，按照生产计划和客户预测向供应商发布订单和预测。

• Manage suppliers and track the delivery.

  管理供应商，跟踪交货。

• Cooperate with forwarder and agent to make sure the smooth transportation and customs clearance.

  与货运和代理合作，确保平稳运输以及客户的同意。

• Assist warehouse keeper to receive the parts from suppliers, resolve the receiving discrepancies.

  协助库房管理员接收供应商发来的零件，处理收到的不合格品。

• Alert if there’s delivery risk for materials.

  如果材料交付存在风险，发出警报。

• Monitor the demand fluctuation from customer and take actions to avoid or minimize the premium.

  监测客户的需求波动，并采取措施避免或最小化额外费用。

• Monitor the stock data in the ERP system and physical inventory.

  监测EPR系统中的存货数据和实际存货。

• Optimize the material control flow according to the management requirement.

  根据管理要求优化物流控制流程。

• Assist Supervisor with inventory management to ensure the production efficiency.

  协助主管管理存货来确保生产效率。

• Coordinate with purchase department on the supplier’s management and OTD performance improve.

  与采购部门合作管理供应商以及提高OTD绩效。

• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

  主管制定的其他任务。

   

  QUALIFICATIONS

  岗位要求

• Be familiar with ISO14001, ISO45001, safety standardization and other systems.

  熟悉ISO14001、ISO45001、安全标准化等体系标准。

• Be familiar with IATF16949 quality system.

  熟悉IATF16949质量体系。

• College degree and above will be preferred.

  ***是本科以上学历。

• Candidates with good experience in planning function in a similar Manufacturing environment can also be considered.

  在类似的制造业环境里有良好的计划职能经验者也可考虑。

• At least 3 years working experience of production planning in foreign venture.

  3年以上在外企做生产计划的工作经历。

• Good communication skill.

  良好的沟通技巧。

• Strong ability of solving problem.

  解决问题能力强。

• Strong sense of duty.

  责任感强。

• Strong team spirit and be capable to take pressure.

  强烈的团队精神，能够承受压力。

• Familiar with ERP.

  熟悉EPR。

• Knowledge of Kanban /JIT will be preferred.

  有Kanban/JIT知识更佳。

• Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office（excel、word、ppt、outlook）.

               良好掌握微软办公软件(excel、word、ppt、outlook)的使用。

• Good in oral & written communication skill both in English.  Good in oral & written communication skill in Mandarin.

  英语读听说写表达能力好，中文读听说写表达能力好。
