1、业务主管职位，独立负责工作小组，给下级成员提供引导或支持并监督他们的日常活动；

2、规划、指导、协调原料、产品和服务的采购工作；

3、缺料运算及反馈；物料到货进度跟进；各生产单位间物料调配协调；

4、采购质量、数量管理工作； 

5、负责应付款的审查工作，提供采购费用报告； 

6、规范、协调采购政策，确保公司利益。

7、负责内部团队建设与下属培建立内部人才梯队；

任职资格：

1、全日制本科及以上学历，3年以上电子元器件采购和物控的相关工作经验，熟悉电子行业生产采购业务流程；

2、接受过ISO9000质量体系、采购管理、供应商管理、物流管理、商务谈判等方面的培训优先；

3、具有良好的语言沟通及表达能力、优秀的谈判技巧、较强的抗压能力；

4、英语六级以上，***能够口语流利交流；

5、具有一定的管理才能，带动整个团队提高工作效率；
