Key Responsibilities
1. To achieve assigned Sales Annual Operating Plan
2. To develop a new sales network to distribute products & services;
3. To formulate, organize and execute sales & marketing activities;
4. To market products pricing and strategy implementation;
5. To provide market intelligence/sales analysis/monthly report for department head and Management reference;
6. To explore new accounts and generate incremental business to company;
7. To manage the sales team in territory;
8. Other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors;
Key Capabilities
1. Undergraduate degree.
2. Minimal 6 years sales/customer service/sales support experience with MNC background, with minimum 5 years in sales
managerial position.
3. Strong transaction selling skills in industry customers are highly desired;
4. Customer oriented and could work under pressure and independently.
5. Fluent written and oral English.
6. Computer expertise and familiarity with common business and software packages
