职位描述

Responsibility:

1. Vendor’s bill check and allocation

2. VAT verification in Tax system

3. Printing VAT invoices

4. Express preparation, delivery & receiving

5. Sort and file the accounting record/documents

6. Assist in organizing historical documents

7. Copy some documents audit required

8. Help to join the stock/FA take

9. Some Oracle simple data entry

10. Support finance team’s work

Requirements:

Accounting or Finance Major preferred
Good communication skill
Detail oriented and always meet deadline
Proficiency in Excel
Availability to work 1-2 days per week
