Responsibilities:

1. Operate Tmall paid channel campaign include (SEA/CPM/DSP) in order to secure high performance inlign budget scope

2. Budget allocation based on history performance and piloting target to promising a positive performance

3. Execute budget strategy and based on realize performance to adapt paid campaign strategy

4. Weekly monitor and analyze traffic performance with concrete action plan.

5. Diagnose low performance campaign and offer executable solution

6. Analyze market trends in order to guarantee campaign performance following market trends

7. Co-work with other departments to deliver store strategy and action.

8. Offer training for Internal partners  to improve the team's skill.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years operating skill experience in Alimama platform.

2. Good experience in running tmall Flagship store in Sports categories and/or Clothing categories

3. Communication and project management skills

4. Data driven in proved and strong skilled in data analysis tools

5. Good working knowledge of Excel balanced by understanding of creative development.

6. Passion for results, consistent track record of exceeding targets.

7. Chinese (native) English (proficient)

8. Sports lover or vital sports people
