General Management / 综合管理:

1) Cooperate and communicate with PWPH standard china sales manager to reach the objective.

与PWPH中国区标准品销售经理合作沟通，以达成目标

2) Work out annual target & budget and drive team to accomplish channel sales target. 

制定年度目标和预算，并推动团队完成渠道业务目标

3) Manage team in accordance with LTCN’s regulations and processes.

依照莱丹中国的流程及规章制度，管理团队

4) Coach and develop team members’ capacities. 

指导和培养团队成员的能力

Channel Sales Management / 渠道销售管理：

5) Develop strategic business plan on channel，namely distributor/dealer criteria, pricing and relevant policies.

设定公司渠道战略计划, 制定经销商，贸易商标准，价格体系和相关政策

6) Manage and support Distributor, Dealer to ensure sales target fulfillment.

管理和支持经销商、贸易商，以确保渠道销售目标的实现

7) Maintain existing Key Distributors and support FSE to develop new dealers

维护现有重要经销商，支持销售工程师开发新的贸易商

8) Other related job and tasks assigned by superiors and company

上级和公司指派的其他相关工作或任务

 

Requirements / 任职资格

? Major in mechanical, mechatronic or plastic engineering

机械、机电或塑料工程专业

? Above 5 years direct and distribution sales experience with machines/tools in various industries preferred in civil engineering (geomembrane related), roofing & waterproofing, plastic flooring, plastic fabrication, billboard & Tarpaulin, and so on

5年以上在各个工业领域设备/工具直销和经销商管理经验，优先考虑以下行业：市政工程（土工膜相关），屋面及防水，塑料地板，塑料加工，广告幕布和防水布等

? Above 3 years sales team management experience

3年以上销售团队管理经验者优先

? Good communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力

? Good English communication in speaking and writing 

良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力

? Good at office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)

熟练使用办公软件
