• Chengdu 成都

• Temporary based in Chongqing plant before Chengdu plant ready (around half year) 成都工厂建成前在重庆工厂临时办公（半年左右）

   

  Title头衔: Program analysis supervisor (Financial direction) 项目分析主管（财务方向）

  Requirement 任职要求:

          

• Bachelor's degree in finance /accounting 财经/会计类专业本科及以上.

• Above 5 years working experience, cost or program control experience in auto industry is a plus 5年以上成本控制和项目分析工作经验，汽车行业工作者优先.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills 良好的沟通协调能力.

• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking 英语书面和口语流利.

• Ability to drive diverse and cross-function teams, cross regional and business functions to monitor programs progress 能够胜任跨团队、区域和业务的多元化办公以监控不同项目进度.

• Willing to take on new challenges 愿意接受新的挑战.

   

  Responsibility 岗位职责:

                

• Oversight on financials tracking and driving for key programs, especially focus on Volvo and BMW in recent a couple of years 跟踪项目财务状态，推动重点项目尤其是沃尔沃和宝马项目的发展.

• Coordination and communication with global/local program and commercial team to manage and report programs progress and financials update 与Global/Local项目和商务团队协调沟通，更新并汇报项目进度和财务数据.

• Work with commercial, engineering, purchasing, programs, operation to drive and Monitor ECN quote and costing management to maximize program financials 与商务，工程，采购，项目，运营团队共同推动和监控ECN报价和成本管理，以优化项目财务数据

• Align with global activities for the best practice sharing within China team members 与中国区团队成员实时共享Global Best Practice.

• Timely update financial tracking to MGR report, low margin activity according to milestones during launch 实时更新MGR报表的财务状态，根据量产项目时间节点进行低利润改善活动.

• Lead and manage the program roadmap closely to achieve or exceed financial target 推动项目roadmap以实现或超过财务目标.

• Ad hoc work assigned by management 完成上级交办的其他事宜.
