2.  Train the demo specialists to ensure they acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented, and the skills and attitude to demonstrate and sell products in a professional manner

培训促销专员，确保他们学习掌握相关商品知识、具备展示商品、售卖商品等顾客服务技巧

3. Walk the sales floor to monitor and improve demo specialists’ performance; ensure they are performing demos are required, keeping professional appearance, keeping the demo area clean and tidy

巡视楼面，监督并提升促销专员的表现，确保促销专员按照要求执行促销计划、保持专业的外表、保持促销区域的干净整洁

4. Keep smooth communication with club management. Feedback necessary demo information as needed to club management

5. Set sales target for each demo specialists based on home office guidance and track regularly. Drive incremental sales.

6. Manage and maintain the demo samples, signage, supplies, and equipment in the clubs.

7.Draft and implement entertaining promotion plan on annual\quarterly\monthly basis to entertain members and drive sales.

制定和执行商场年度、季度、月度的娱乐促销活动计划，促进销售随时提供专业的标牌服务，协助楼面完善商品的说明和展示。制定和落实商场节日和各种促销活动的装饰计划

Timely provide signing service and assist with items description and demonstration to sales floor. Make and implement seasonal and promotional signage plan.

6. Implement promoters’ management and training plan, strengthen relationship with the suppliers so as to work together to improve the members’ service.

8. Work closely with Asset Protection, Compliance and sales floor departments to ensure all demo specialists, demo associates, vendor promoters follow safety (food safety, merchandise safety, working environment safety) and shrinkage control rules.
