1.Make proposal and import equipment for new product, and prepare the process documents.And new project commissioning.

根据新产品需求制定方案并导入新设备，装备相关工艺文件。还包括新项目的调试。

2.To install and commissioning assembly equipment and fixture and to ramp up these equipment/fixture to mass production based on specific OEE targets(Cycle time, NOK Rate, Down time). 

装配设备的安装及调试，负责产量爬坡以达到OEE，Downtime, NOK rate 要求。

3.Solve the process problems from producing or customers‘ complaint.  Assess existing processes and cycle times and aim to continuously improve.

解决生产中的和客户投诉的工艺问题。评估当前的工艺状态和节拍时间， 并进行持续改善。

4.Design fixtures or tools for new product project, make proposals for fixture optimisation.  Make sure all fixtures ready for trial out and producing. 

生产设备工装夹具设计，制定工装优化方案。确保工装在调试和生产前全部到位并正常。

5.Creat RFQ and lead the equipment and projects hand over jobs to operation team, includes all documents hand over.

制做RFQ和协调设备及项目的生产释放。

6.Supplier management and cooperate with other departments to push project go on. Liaise with external vendors, ensuring detailed specifications are always provided to ensure the most cost effective purchasing. 

管理供应商及协调其它部门推动项目完成。跟踪采购进度保证设备和工装的按时到货。

7.Assist the team leader with the introduction of new products/processes when requested. 

协助团队主管完成新设备/新工艺的引入。

8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor. 

领导交待的其它工作。

任职要求：

1.Univerity Bacheler degree in engineering period.

大学工程类相关专业学士学位                                                         

2.3 years experience of process or engineering. 

3年以上工艺或工程工作经验

3.At least two entire projects has been finised individually.  

至少独立完成过2个完整项目

附加要求：

Have work in joint venture or foreign venture company. Europe will be good. 

有合资企业和外资工作经验，特别是欧洲企业经验为佳。
