工作描述及职责

1. 负责寻找公司进口食品零食产品的经销商，完成销售目标。

    Responsible to achieve the sales target by finding distributors for the company’s imported Food & Snacks products.

2.准备、提出方案、执行和分析销售策略以达到销售目标

   Prepare, Propose, Execute, and Analyse the Strategy to achieve the sales target

3.制定、建议、执行和检查所辖区域的销售政策，包括经销商政策、价格政策、促销政策、销售管理制度;并贯彻执行公司的具体经营规范，了解制定销售激励计划。  

   Prepare, Propose , implement and inspect the sales policies of the areas under its jurisdiction, including dealer policies, price policies, sales promotion policies, and sales management systems; and implement the company’s specific operation specifications, understand to set up sales incentive plans.

4.负责与所辖地区重要客户的谈判、合同审定。建立与保持密切良好的客情关系   

   Responsible for negotiation and contract review with customers in the jurisdiction. Establish and maintain close and good customer relations

5.对所辖地区的应收货款负责，并在财务部门的配合下，确保所辖部门的货款回笼

   Responsible for the payment of goods receivable in the jurisdiction, and with the cooperation of the financial department, ensure that the payment of the department under the jurisdiction is returned

6.负责经销商的开发、接洽和交易，维护公司现有经销商

   Responsible to find, approach, and doing transaction with distributors, maintain company’s existing distributors. 

7.完成领导交办的其他工作

   Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

Requirements

岗位要求

1.了解中国食品快速消费品经销商(传统和现代市场)

    Wide knowledge of Food FMCG distributors in China ( Traditional & Modern market 

2.了解并能够在全国范围内找到一般贸易进口食品和小吃的经销商、批发商和其他渠道。

    Understand and able to find distributors for imported Food & Snacks in General Trade, wholesaler, and other channels across the country.

3.具备良好的英语沟通能力

  Sufficient English communication ability

4.5年以上食品快速消费品行业工作经验

   More than 5years experience in Food FMCG business

5.计算机操作能力强，数据整合分析能力强

   Strong computer operation ability, data integration and analysis ability

6.能在全国各地出差，良好的商业意识。

Able to travel across the country, good sense of business.

Shanghai Goldenfood Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of GF International Holdings Pte., Ltd. (Singapore) in China. Founded in 2018, the company is mainly engaged in introducing the most delicious snacks with local characteristics in Southeast Asia into the Chinese market. The products which the company has introduced include cassava chips, sticks, shrimp balls and other Indonesian specialties under the WAH brand, as well as cheese wafer products under the Ztars brand. In the future, GF will continue to introduce a variety of other kinds of exotic snacks, such as candy, chocolate, coffee, milk tea, dried fruits and so on. We hope to bring more and more delicious and dazzling choices to Chinese consumers. GF International has much branches in many countries all over the world, and its business extends all over the world. The Chinese branch is now located in Shanghai, the economic center of China.
