?          Job Summary:

To provide routine chemical process service to our key customers; to report and update customer status to his/her supervisor and to support his/her supervisor/key account manager to follow up key chemical/equipment sales projects.

1. Communication with customers and internal colleagues

Offer permanent help to open the communication channel to allow customer information real timely feedback.

Clarify the needs and guide customer toward our services that will lead to meet their needs

1. Internally:

Feedback received information on timely to his supervisor and suggest the necessary actions items accordingly. (By telephone, weekly and monthly reports)

1. Frequently audit processes per required specifications in order to tightly controlling Initiate warnings or suggestions when it is necessary. Frequently organize meetings with customer engineers to make action plans for improvements. Do it without having to be asked.
2. Follow the daily consumptions, the stock and edit reports (monthly, weekly or daily if necessary)
3. Always plan his activities and keep his supervisor informed.
4. Cooperating with PMM and BTT for getting support and information exchange;
5. Treating customers issue directly and independently.

1. Bachelor degree, majored in chemical or related is preferred,
2. 3-5 years in PCB or related industry, be familiar with wet processes in PCB manufacturing
3. Can work under pressure,
4. Can work independently, 5.Can work in flexible hours,

6.Good in English writing and speaking will be an advantage, 7.Can work in Chongqing
