• Oversee the preparation of the accounts and entries in Sub Ledger and maintain General Ledger for monthly/quarterly/annual closing.
• Ensure correct accounts reconciliation and review / verify results Ensure accurate and fully compliant reporting and filing of all statutory reports
• Coordinate, direct, plan and execute the financial reporting component of external as well as internal audits. First contact person for all financial audit related questions (internal / external)
• Lead all financial and taxation research efforts for Shanghai. Analyze, research and conclude on new and proposed accounting, reporting and disclosure standards issued by local Accounting-, Tax- as well as IFRS bodies. Prepare memorandums regarding the Company’s position and impact on the Company.
• Lead the team to process daily transactions and operations properly and timely (e.g. payments to suppliers), solve internal and external inquires and issues.
• Manage cash flow and daily bank operations; ensure adequate liquidity to meet investment and operation needs. Provide cash management reports to the management
• Ensure correct taxation entries and management in compliance of China tax regulations, bank and SAFE regulations
• Research, identify, implement, prepare / support the application for preferential taxation policies and incentives for the company according to China tax law
• Ensure timely and fully compliant tax filings and timely payment according to China tax law
• Continuously strive and drive the improvement of financial processes, workflows, policies, procedures and systems. Write, implement and ensures effective and practical implementation of corporate policies as well as internal controls
• Execute other tasks as provided from the supervisor or needed by the business
• Provide leadership and development to the Finance, Cash Management and Tax Team.
• Recruit, train and evaluate staff; develop and implement continued training for team members

职位要求：

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the area of accounting with C-GAAP and IFRS
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of Treasury and Taxation in China
• Experience gained in relevant domestic industrial manufacturing business
• Experience working in an audit company (preferably BIG 6)
• Excellent and proven leadership skills for sizeable teams
• Profound IT skills (preferably SAP)
• Strong logical thinking and problem solving capability
• Ability to work well in team environment, flexibility and stress - resistance
• Educational background in accounting or finance (min. Bachelor)
• Designated accounting and preferably taxation qualification
