As part of the Personnel Administration team in the HR Business Service Center Asia Pacific, you  will provide excellent professional services to the business with the customer in focus.

Assignments：

? Take responsibility in your area of competence to deliver high-professional, accurate,timely,  compliant and consistent services according to KPIs andSLAs

? Process Payroll timely and accurately using the IKEA Payroll Processing routines accordingthe  documented Payroll Procedures Manual

? Checking correctness of payroll activities and logging errors whichmay affect payroll calculation  process in appropriate files

? In cooperation and upon consultation with Team Leaders/PA/PY Manager monitor the quality of  services in your area ofresponsibility and partner with other internal and externaldepartments and  HR locations to improve customer satisfaction

? Responsibility for additional tasks delegated by team leader

Requirements：

? College degree or above 

? Basic HR knowledge, working experience in HR area is preferred 

? Fluent oral and written English

? Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel ? Good communication skills 

? Good time management skills 

? Quick learner
