Responsibilities:

1.Based on the HR hiring plan and departments requirement, collect & select personnel information, and set up recruiting talents pool for the company talent recruitment using effective methods and making sure effective staffing.
2. Manage manpower suppliers:such as leasing company/shool/Hunter ect.

3. Provide HR report as required. Such as monthly report/ hc report/ fluctuation report ect.

4. Responsible for the calculation of forecast and budget hc, based on the routing, calculate the number of employees required by volume.

5. Release relevent policy of staffing function.

6. Responsible for the Administration management of shuttle bus, canteen, dormitory and office supplies ect.

Requirements:

1.Academic degree (bachelor or higher)

2.Above 5-7 years  professional experience in HR

3. Good at staffing

3.Familiar with Siemens 840D system and Fanuc 18i,31i system. Familiar with general electrical components.

4.Familiar with Siemens S7 PLC.

5.Good communication skills.

6.Fluent English(both written and spoken).
