依据项目时间，牵头完成设计供应商选点，并协助完成制造供应商的选点；开发过程中，牵头负责工装的开发进度，并持续提升产品质量和过程能力，最终按时交付合格零件。

According the program timing, Take the lead the design supplier’s sourcing, and assist in manufacturing supplier sourcing; Take the lead in the development progress of tooling, and continue to improve product quality & process capability, and finally deliver qualified parts on time.

主要工作内容：

l  与设计源头工程师/供应商/STA以及其它CAF相关部门共同工作，并按时交付所负责零件，满足项目的成本，质量和功能要求。

Work with LVEA engineer/Supplier/STA and other related CAF departments to have on time delivery for responsible commodities, to meet the program cost, quality and function targets.

l  主导新项目内饰装饰件系统相关问题的调查和解决， 并支持在产车型相关问题的调查和解决。

Lead new programs interior trim system related issues investigation and solving, and support ongoing programs related issues investigation and solving.

l  提交工程意见以支持项目选点。

Provide engineering recommendation to support program sourcing.

l  执行全球工程变更，审核供应商本地过程变更申请，并推动到最终实施。

Execute global engineering change, review local supplier process change request, and drive it till final implementation.

l  牵头负责零件的成本节约点子的提出，可行性研究，推进以及最终实施，交付个人年度成本节约任务。

Lead cost reductions idea initiation, feasibility study and deployment until final implementation , to deliver the cost reduction annual target .

任职要求：

l  学历要求：大学本科及以上。

Education Background: Bachelor degree or above.

l  工作年限：1年以上汽车内饰相关工作经验。

Working Experience: One year work experience on interior trim.

l  外语要求：良好的英语口语及作文能力，持有CET-4级或以上证书。

Language Skill: Good spoken and written English, has a CET-4 certificate or above.

l  专业要求：车辆工程或相关专业。

Professional Requirement: Auto engineering or the relevant major.

l  良好的应用计算机办公软件的能力， 如Word, Excel, PPT等等。

Good skills on computer application for Word, Excel, PPT., etc.

l  具备下面几方面的专业知识或学习背景：高分子材料，模具结构知识，软内饰材料、NVH性能，注塑/热压，冲压焊接等工艺。

Have knowledge or study background to following areas: polymers material, tooling mould, soft trim material, NVH performance, injection/hot compression, punching/welding etc.

l  掌握以下工具者优先：尺寸公差；G8D；APQP；可靠性工程；失效模式避免与分析（FMEA）；6 西格玛；SPC(统计过程控制)。

Capable of using following tools will be considered with priority: GD&T; G8D; APQP; Reliability; FMEA; 6 sigma; SPC(Statistic Process Control).

l  掌握以下专业软件者优先：Catia；Teamcenter & Vismockup
