The main missions of the role are to:

Support development department about new project analysis from process side and give suggestion.

Provide suggestion to mould engineer about mould design.

Involving review mould design and giving suggestion from process side.

Resiponsible for monitor mould try out in supplier side.

Communicate with molding process engineer about insite mould try out issues.

Summary for all issues of mould design&mould try out and making lesson learning for each mould.

Audit the molding process setting and evaluate the process capability standing on production.

Develp the DOE analysis and FEMA
.
Support the preparation of quotation and project management from technical aspect.

Leading the new project launch including injection molding,blow molding and pressing molding.

Leaning production developing

Others work appointed by supervisor

Basic requirement:

University of polymer science, chemistry or mechanical background.

More than 6 years work experience in foreign invested manufacturing company, at least 4 years in process position

Be familiar with automatic part process. relate facility and knowledge of mould.

Be good at CAD and 3D software.

Good problem analysis and solving skills.

Special knowledge and skill:

Good ability of injection process improvement

Good at injection tooling structure and application

Good communication skills both in English and Chinese

Strong improvement consciousness

Familiar with data analysis and TS16949.

Leaning production concept.
