Together As a Team Central Ordering Service means centrally (on country level) placing purchase orders in I-Shop system for enduser and follow up related goods receipt and Handle supplier queries regarding PO, follow and analysis IMS/Store purchase behavior/spending. 

About the assignment 

1.Receive the order placing/new supplier creation requirements from internal employees by Emails and operate ishop/CBD system accordingly;

2.Receive the order queries of internal employees by calls or emails and register the caseaccordingly in system; 

3.Receive the order queries of external suppliers/vendors by calls or emails and register the caseaccordingly insystem; 

4.Finish ishoporder process (including place order process, approve process, goods confirmation process) inishopsystem in a defined time frame and defined process mapping; 

5.Assign the case to support function(Finance operational team/IMS user support team) to ensure professional andtimely response to co-workers; 

6.Collecting the frequent asked questions and working on the standard answers; 

7.Tracking the performance of alltiersresponses; 

We are looking for the person who have: 

1.College degree or above 

2.Fluent oral and written English 

3.Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel 

4.Good communication skills 

5.Good time management skills 

6.Quick learner
