This position holds critical responsibility to drive best-in class material planning operations, continuously monitoring and transparently displaying the performance of this operation, partnering with APC, Master Planning, Capex team, finance and Detailed Scheduling to ensure optimal execution of material planning strategy and process within agreed level of service, cost and inventory. Ensure returnable packaging supply, control Returnable Capex and Opex.

v Basic understanding of logistics operations (multi-modal transportation, warehousing)

v Good data management and analysis skills.

v ability to synthesize complex concepts / measures into simple dashboards and reports. Ability to solve complex problems of material management and to conceptualize and establish a system to deal with the issues related to providing high-quality product at a competitive price in a Lean manufacturing environment. ?      Develop material plan and place orders for returnables to ensure material availability at breweries

?      Act as an escalation point for material supply concerns, anticipate material supply risk and collaborate with APC to resolve supply issues and ensure supply continuity

?      Analyze and manage bottles inventory level (DOH) to meet inventory target and goals.

?      Work with APC and Quality team to manage supplier’s service performance

?      Bi-weekly review Material status (ABC)

?      Weekly schedule PO receipt

?      Daily follow up PO delivery

?      Optimize returnable supply procedure
