工作职责：
- 负责商业项目市场调研和分析研究工作；
- 负责商业房地产项目的前期市场定位、商业功能规划、产品定位等工作；
- 配合设计单位进行建筑修正以及商业布局规划工作；
- 负责商业物业营策划工作。
- 助协项目经理为客户提供商业地产顾问服务。
任职要求：
- 硕士及以上学历，房地产、建筑、规划设计等相关专业；
- 文笔佳，表达及沟通能力强；
- 熟悉使用Office、AutoCAD、Photoshop等软件者优先；
- 英文读写，表达能力好。
薪酬范围：12-15万
