工作职责:

JOB SUMMAR

?The Process engineer is mainly responsible for the formulation and management of the technical documents, the management and maintenance of the BOM, providing equipment and tooling solutions, providing technical support for production, solving technical problems in time, and tracking and solving customer related problems. And the process engineer should be familiar with IATF16949 and CCC quality system requirements, and implement and control according to the system requirements.

工艺工程师的工作职责：工艺技术文件的制定和管理；BOM表的管理与维护；提供设备工装解决方案；为生产提供技术支持，及时解决突发的技术问题；客户相关问题的跟踪与解决。熟悉IATF16949和CCC质量体系要求，并按照体系要求进行执行和控制。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

?Responsible for production process design, evaluation, implementation and optimization.

负责生产过程设计、评估、实施及优化

?Responsible for the development and management of technical documents required for the production process, such as procedures, work instructions, etc.

负责生产过程所需技术文件（程序、作业指导书等）的制定和管理

?Responsible for new product process validation, tooling production and BOM audit.

负责新产品工艺验证、工装制作及BOM的审核

?Responsible for product engineering changes, quality improvement, efficiency optimization, etc.

负责已有产品工程变更、质量提升、效率优化等

?Responsible for proposing, maintaining and verifying the technical requirements of tooling and equipment.

负责工装、设备技术方案要求的提出、维护并验证

?Responsible for improving and resolving problems happened in the production process.

负责生产过程中发生的问题的改善与解决

?Responsible for technical training such as production process training, tooling equipment skills training and so on.

负责生产工艺、工装设备使用等技能培训

任职资格:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

?Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent.

相关专业本科学历

?2-3 years of work experience in the same role.

2~3年相关领域工作经验

?Proficient in CAD drawing.

能熟练使用CAD制图

?Good computer/numerical skill, able to communicate in English.

良好的计算机/数字管理技能, 能用英语日常交流

?Good communication skills, team cooperation ability and logical thinking ability.

具有良好的沟通能力，团队合作能力及逻辑思维能力
