职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责公司物流工作的正常开展，执行物流制度；
2、接听客户电话咨询，查询,并在系统中录入订单详细信息，整理客户档案，做好电子补录；
3、根据当日订单情况调配车辆，并跟进货物装载；
4、及时回复运单号给客户；
5、做好与物流公司的货、单、物的交接，出现异常及时沟通解决，及时处理异常货物及相关理赔；
6、本月核对上月物流费用，并填制付款申请表上缴审批。
7、服从公司安排，完成上级交行的其他工作任务。
上班地点：广州市增城区环保二路10号乐达仓库
面试地点：广州市天河区东莞庄路2号鸿德国际酒店1211—1212
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历，工作细心，熟练使用word、excel等工具；
2、有较强的语言表达能力、良好的沟通和应变能力；
3、1年以上物流或客服工作经验；
4、能独立处理客户投诉、维护客户关系，有大客户管理经验者优先；
5、能承受工作压力和在规定的时间内完成任务
