Responsibility:

-To be responsible for the full spectrum of general human resource function including compensation & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.

-To implement and execute HR policies and practices as per guidelines from corporate headquarters.

-To provide professional HR advice as per the local policies.

-To draft and implement HR strategy so as to meet up the business strategy development target;

-To perform projects as needed and provide HR support on issues.



Job Requirements:

-Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English or related discipline. MBA a plus;

-Minimum 10 years relevant experience preferably gained from sizable organization & manufacturing field;

-Proven track record in managing HR operations in PRC manufacturing environment;

-Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, facilitation & people management skills;

-Well versed with PRC labor law. Knowledge of SH and BJ labor issues a plus;

-High level of initiative & energy in policy implementation and sound competencies in HR management;

-Excellent command of both spoken and written English
