DH GAMES support team is expanding! We are building our support team and we are looking for a senior customer service representative with a strong understanding of service and US game players.

The senior Game Support Rep. plays a key role in the game operating service process of bridging the gap between the development team and the basic CS team, overseeing daily operation service, and building a relationship with prime VIP players.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the basic CS team members on a daily basis, answer all their game-related queries.
- Follow up escalated issues.
- Handle all game issues of prime VIP players.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Required language(s): English TEM 4/8 or equal skill level
- A minimum of 2 years' mobile game experience
- Excellent written skills
- Exceptional understanding of all types of game players
- Infinite patience in communication

BENEFICIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Previous experience in a game support team
