The Valuation & Modeling team (known as " V&M") is a specialized sub-service line of KPMG Corporate Finance. V&M comprises of professionals who have sound skills and extensive experience in providing valuation and modeling services for transaction, financial reporting, tax and internal management purposes.

We are now looking for Assistant manager to join V&M. 

Responsibilities:

- Project execution and management including conducting/reviewing valuation analysis, performing market research, drafting reports, identifying common issues and communicating with Managers and clients

- Participates in project management including liaising/interacting with clients/clients’ advisors/other KPMG teams

Experience and Knowledge: 

- Minimum of 1-2 years of valuation/accounting experience in business/asset valuations using DCF approach and internationally adopted intangible asset valuation methodologies

- Proficient at conducting valuation/pricing analysis including comparable companies/transaction analysis, discount cash flow analysis; confident and efficient with any routine financial modeling

- Demonstrates strong commercial awareness when producing and analyzing financial and business information

- Demonstrates a detailed knowledge of maximizing the capabilities of common research tools

- Basic experience and awareness in financial reporting purpose valuation including basic knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

- Fluent Chinese/English language skills including business writing, speaking, reading and listening

Education and Professional Certifications:

- Bachelor degree; finance/business related major preferred

- Basic accounting knowledge required

- Working toward CPV designation
