主要职责：

1. 组织、推动、指导监督所属部门贯彻执行总公司保单行政体系的各项政策和制度，并在执行过程中提出建设性意见；
2. 全面指导重庆运营中心保单行政体系新契约部、客户服务部按总公司保单行政体系的业务管理要求展开业务运营工作，对顾问行销渠道、直效行销渠道、银行保险渠道所有客户及销售人员提供保单行政作业服务；
3. 按总公司业务管理及分层授权规定处理权限内业务问题；
4. 配合总公司完善相关制度、规定和流程，并协助推动落实；
5. 组织、管理、指导、激励所属部门主管及员工团队；
6. 管理监督运营中心保单行政体系所属成本中心的预算控制；
7. 整合体系内部资源，确保所属部门间顺畅的分工协作；
8. 配合合规完成分公司反洗钱等合规事宜；
9. 与当地各监管部门沟通顺畅，能维护好合作关系，并从中协调处理各类问题；
10. 其他主管分配的任务
