The position is the Green & Health Ambassador of CMA CGM China, taking lead in all activities/projects of Safety, Security, Environment with respect to company’s sustainability initiatives within China scope.

Key Responsibilities ：

？  to manage and participate to crisis management/communication and be responsible for China Business Continuity Plan in coordination with HO/ARO SSE department

？  to be responsible for the development and enforcement of organization environmental safety and health programs in compliance with Group QHSSE Guidelines requirements and regulatory standards, and all related local and national government regulations

？  to evaluate and control all hazards to ensure safe, healthy and accident-free work environment and to support all teams on safety, security and environment issues (e.g. internal committees, taskforces)

？  to inspect organization facilities to detect existing and potential accident and health hazards and implement corrective and preventative measures.

？  to carry out SSE inspections, audits, reporting, enforcement of best practices

？  to provide guidance to Commercial / customer support functions including contracts and bids requirement whenever required

？  to timely submit SSE reports per management and HO request

？  to publish sustainability report with input from Steering committee, Corporate communication, and direction from Commercial and Group SSE management

？  to work with company communication dept. to highlight progress in SSE, sustainability and award presentation

？  to make internal communication to achieve awareness of all employees about company SSE policy and Business Continuity/sustainability plan

？  to lead SSE training and projects, including online training tools and offline training activities

？  to update SSE, environment and sustainability FAQs as required.

Required Experience & Skills：

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in the sciences, business, environmental management or related fields

2. 10+ years of SSE management experience in shipping/logistics industry

3. Experience in environmental and sustainability affairs and/or corporate communication experience will be advantageous

4.  Good understanding of commercial, customer engagement and sales processes, shipping services and network products

5.  Independent, resourceful and good cross functional networking skill

6.  Strong organizational and analytical skills

7.  Good communication/negotiation/reporting skills
