Main Responsibilites:

1 Leading respective regional sales team in achieving sales targets and growing business through appropriate distribution network and expanded end user base.

2 Perform highly involved duties to support sales development and key product market penetration in strategic market segments. Meet and exceed the company's annual budget requirement.

3 Plan and establish annual objectives with the sales team in line with company objectives

4 Lead a team of sales specialists located at various geographical locations to execute strategic penetration and aggressive sales development with existing and new customers, both distributors and end users.

5 Plan, organize, coach and stimulate the education of sales team.

6 Co-ordinate activities and monitor progress towards objectives and perform to achieve sales growth, brand building, customer relationship, etc.

7 Directly handle top customers if necessary.

8 Keep close control on AR & statutory form collection.

9 Keep sales costs under budget levels.

10 Build a strong level of marketing intelligence on trends and competitive conditions in the country with feedback to marketing department.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in business or marketing disciplines

2.8-10 years sales experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial cleaning, food service or Industrial MRO. Working knowledge of plastics tools will be advantageous.

3 Fluency in English & Mandarin a must.

4 Presentation skills.
