The position is responsible for develop distribution network strategy, evaluation and appointment of new distributors, develop the maximum potential of current distributors, manage and optimize the distribution network according to the demands of RCP business development.

Responsibilities:

1 Evaluate and appoint new distributor for the region or segment according to the business needs

2 Support sales team in appointing appropriate distributor for better end-user customer development and maintenance

3 Periodically review and analyze regional distribution network and generate methodology and strategy to optimize regional business performance

4 Develop and execute periodical review and generate business plan with distributors for new business closing and market coverage maximization

5 Develop and execute target review and generate support program to help distributor in achieving or exceeding sales target

6 Provide consulting support to distributor on pricing, channel setup and end-user customer management to effectively develop business

7 Cooperate with marketing team to deliver the training and execute effective distributor activities

8 Address and coordinate with distributors in avoiding business conflict

9 Keep close control on AR & statutory form collection

Requirements:

1 Bachelor's degree in business or marketing disciplines

2 3~5 years sales and distributor management experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial cleaning, building service industry.

3 Fluency in English & Mandarin is preferred

4 Presentation skill

5 Negotiation skill

6 Training and coaching skill
