  1.      Purpose of the Position  

The ICT field supporter in LIK works closely together with the ICT User Support team in China and other ICT personnel at the head quarter in Switzerland. You are the contact point for all ICT colleagues and act as an onsite helping hand for the infrastructure team.

  

As a member of the ICT User Support team, you make sure that the users in LIK get professional and efficient IT workplace support and will be provided with optimal technology and tools. The holder of this position takes over the responsibility for all LIK offices.

  

 

  2.      Main Tasks  

• Participate in running the service desk for APAC and Europe with the ICT User Support team APAC

• Registering all incidents and service requests in the Servicedesk tool

• Handling of assigned tickets, if needed with the help of local colleagues or the infrastructure/application team at corporate IT

• Support and maintenance for local ERP system (Qingzhe ExcelServer)

• IT support for all users in LIK, either by phone, from remote or onsite

• Planning, procuring and installing IT devices, systems and its software, including bringing it into service according to corporate standards

• Helping hand onsite for the infrastructure and other ICT teams

• Planning and implementation of special workplaces

• Maintenance of the installed hard- and software (i.e. installation of updates, monitoring of systems etc)

• Troubleshooting and remediation of incidents

• Securing the adequate use and compliance of the used tools

• Securing that software is properly licensed

• Training of users (new hires, new products, new tools)

• Supporting the area managers of the group companies in the budgeting process (system configurations etc)

• Coordination and planning of the own activities together with the Head ICT User Support in regular meetings, by taking into account the local needs

   

                                3.      Requirements Profile  

• Certified IT base training in PC support or 3 years of experience in a comparable position

• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes (incidents, service and change requests)

• Essential experience of local ERP system

• Good English speaking, reading and writing skills

• Good working and presentation techniques

• Good communication skills, especially in conflict situations

• Basic telecommunication and networking knowledge

• Willing to travel to support all remote offices

• Work experience in a multinational company
