职位描述
岗位职责：
1.领导搞好生产系统的质量管理，负责综合管理基础设施及各生产车间。
2. 及时掌握生产过程整个动态情况，制定并实施重大质量问题的改进措施；定期组织检查各库房物资贮存、保养情况。
3、器具和设备管理，根据生产需要制造/购置必要的器具和设备，并安排实施维护保养。
4、抓好现场管理，定期组织安全文明生产检查，管理、协调所分管部门的工作，并对其工作情况进行考核。
5. 协调各生产部门的工作，组织好均衡生产批次管理；负责生产管理协调工作，确保按时完成生产计划。
6. 主持召开月生产进度会议，落实生产计划，确保100%支付产品；参与对重大质量事故的原因调查分析和评审工作。
7.管理协调生产部门间的各种事宜的沟通，修改生产计划进度。
8. 负责根据市场需求制定物流服务初步计划，并组织协调各部门按计划进行生产。
9.控制送货和仓储成本以符合公司目标。
10.其他工作。
岗位要求：
本科以上学历
5年以上医药、医疗器械行业全面生产管理经验
熟悉药品和体外诊断试剂行业，并具有其生产管理经验
熟悉国家体外诊断试剂相关法律法规
具备较强的领导控制能力、规划能力、组织协调能力

And as its subsidiary, Shanghai Beckin Diagnostics Co.,Ltd is an exclusively foreign-owned enterprise, specializing in the production of clinical and biochemical diagnostic reagents, located in the Shanghai International Medical Zone, assessed as the national medical appliance industry cluster, the National Torch Plan medical equipment industry base, the National “863 Program” medical instrument industry base in Shanghai, the national biomedical industry base in Shanghai——“China Medical Valley”.
