一、岗位职责 ：

1、掌握国内证券市场的各项交易制度及公司的相关业务规则；

2、阅读与理解公司的资产配置、投资策略、行业与上市公司等报告；

3、开发和服务财富管理客户，并为其提供资产配置服务（涵盖投资咨询，产品配置）；

二、基本要求：

1、应届毕业生：国内985/211全日制本科以上学历（海外QS前100）；

2、往届毕业生：全日制本科以上学历，3年以上银行或相关行业从业经历；

3、热爱证券行业，具备证券分析、资产配置、财富管理等系统的证券理论知识；

4、熟悉国内外证券市场交易规则与产品、服务体系，具备敏锐的市场感知和较强的服务意识；

5、有良好的语言表达能力、沟通能力、抗压能力，积极乐观，以客户为中心，能够自我激励，有较强的团队意识；

I. Duties and responsibilities:

1. Master the trading systems of the domestic securities market and the relevant business rules of the company;

2. Read and understand the company's asset allocation, investment strategy, industry and listed company reports, etc.;

3. Develop and service wealth management clients and provide them with asset allocation services (covering investment consulting, product configuration);

 

II. Basic requirements:

1. Fresh graduates: domestic 985 / 211 full-time bachelor degree or above (overseas QS top 100);

2. Previous graduates: full-time bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in banking or related industries;

3. Love the securities industry, with systematic knowledge of securities theory such as securities analysis, asset allocation and wealth management;

4. Familiar with domestic and foreign stock market trading rules, products and service system, with keen market perception and strong service awareness;

5, Good language skills, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, positive and optimistic, customer oriented, self-motivated, strong team spirit;
