Job Purpose:

The main responsibility of this job is primarily responsible for payment arrangement, bank and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Arrange and manage regular payment run including urgent disbursement

· Key stakeholder to bank to address all bank requirements to both inbound cash and outbound disbursement

· Manage cash pooling and cash flow, provide cash flow report and assist forecasting

· HSBC loan draw down application and interest calculation

· Coordinate with bank for account open, close, information update

· Prepare and complete foreign payment

· Declare foreign inbound payment and foreign currency collection declaration

· Store credit card processor application and management

· Manage cash advance and store deposit

· Check employee reimbursement to make sure accounting principles as well as company policies are well complied with

· Other bank and cash related work

· Assist in SOX documentation and key controls implementation related to treasury

· Support other ad-hoc works including internal/external audit, and other field works assigned by line manager

· Provide support to Director of Finance & Operations

Requirement:

Essential:

· University Education in Finance, specialising in Accounting

· Ability to manage to tight schedules, prioritise, juggle tasks and plan according to business needs.

· Excellent Communications Skills

· Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy

· Languages: Good written & Oral English

· Computer & Systems – Fluent in standard software packages such as MS office (High Excel skills required)

Preferable:

· Finance Qualifications (CA, CPA or CIMA, Local China Accounting Qualifications)

· SOX experience

· Experience from the retail industry

· Cross cultural working experience
