Responsibilities:

A. Technical support for new sourcing: new process & new supplier

-Technical communication with supplier

-Make test plan

-Do qualification for new part, new process, etc

-Do technical evaluation for risk

-Write analytical report.

B. Technical support for new project (new product, new raw material, key quality issues, etc.)

-Technical support for new project (test plan, function test, SIL & big batch)

-As project leader, to make schedule for project, tracking, act as technical role,

-For Key quality issue: to make plan, do communication with France & CRDC, work with related people to find solution, tracking,

C. Product technical support: Key issue of product

-Solve quality issues of product on line

-Do technical communication with supplier, related department

-As leader of key quality issue

-Make plan and lead technical change in plant

D. Safety & 5S

-Familiar with and comply with the WI base on H&S rules

-Proper use of PPE

-Proper use of the H&S devices/equipment/guarding

-Make technical spec

-Work with related people-tooling, logistic, SQM, IQC, to make schedule

-Tracking

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree with major in Engineering

-At least 3 years related working experience; Technical background, Strong time management and prioritization skills

-Good English skill in listening, speaking and writing;

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
