职位描述
Responsibilities:
- To manage the complete production shift (Production lines , shift Maintenance worker, feeding & online/outgoing quality control) of SSPA with the objectives to respect the production planning, meet the production output target, with the right product quality.
- To optimize resources & motivate the shift manufacturing team.
- To optimize MFG related process.
- On-site control for quality and efficiency
- Follow production schedule
- Lean deployment and improvement
- Labor management
- 5S, ISO9000 , ISO14000, 6 sigma implementation
- Safety management in the workshop
- People administration
Requirements:
- College degree of Electric Distribution or Mechanical Engineering or other Industrial Engineering is request
- At least 2 years experience on relative
- Quality control
- Lean manufacturing
- 5S, ISO9000, ISO14000,MTM
- People management
- Efficiency and Productivity
- Basic English
- Good computer skill
