ü  Design of pneumatic components and assemblies including bills of material, manufacturing routings, and packaging as fit for use, cost conscious, safe, and reliable;

ü  Cost calculations, tolerance studies, report writing, and design test programs;

ü  Production of 3D CAD solid models, 2D CAD part, and assembly drawings;

ü  Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA);

ü  Coordination of prototyping and testing;

ü  Qualifying designs utilizing regulations established by UL, CE, ATEX, CSA, ASME, ASTM, NEMA, ISO, customer specifications, and engineering standards established by Norgren;

ü  Organize resource to deliver high performance EA solution for different sector and keep good project management.

Requirements:

ü  A university bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HND, or the equivalent from a recognized engineering university and 3 years experience is required. A master’s degree is preferred;

ü  Grasp of fundamental engineering principals including pneumatics, statics, dynamics, fluid mechanics, basic electronics, thermo dynamics, and material properties;

ü  2D drafting and 3D CAD modeling (i.e. AutoCAD, Inventor, Solid Works, and/or Pro-E, etc.) including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T);

ü  Designing for manufacturing processes including die-casting, machining, stamping, and injection moulding;

ü  Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Mold Flow Analysis, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD);

ü  Problem solving, time management, prioritization abilities, and awareness of business and finance implications.

ü  Visualization, innovation, initiative, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work in a team environment.

ü  General office and PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, organization, filing, etc.

ü  Good command of English, both oral and writing;
