Job dimensions：

• Engineering Program Management (EPM) role for brake control systems

•  Customer application role for brake control systems for international OEMs

Activités ：

• To promote ZF braking technologies/systems/products to customer;

• To lead engineering discussion with customer regarding braking control systems

• To Manage project engineering timing according to customer milestones

• To lead ZF engineering project team to develop braking control systems according to project scope;

• To manage engineering cost based on project budget;

• To lead engineering issue investigation;

• To coordinate with global engineering team regarding project relates topics;

• To coordinate with AP cross-function teams regarding project related topics;

• To support plant/quality team regarding post-SOP issue investigation;
  To support plant/quality team regarding post-SOP issue investigation;

               

Internal/external contact：

• To interface and closely work with braking engineering teams to develop braking control systems/products;

• To interface with customer for projects delivery/meeting/investigation;

• To interface with PM/Sales/Purchasing/Plant etc as Engineering Program Manager role.

   

Qualifications / expérience requirement ：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in automotive or mechatronic;

• 5+ years of work experience in mechatronic applications in automotive industry

• 3+ years work experience in brake control systems

• Strong communication skill

• Work under pressure

• Good oral and written English

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Team work

• Be prepared for urgent domestic travel or overtime work in case of customer request
