POSITION OVERVIEW

To develop and implement business plans to ensure objectives and budgets are met for growing HB Fuller's market share in the OEM / Tier-1 and 2 automotive industry in China. 

PRIMARY DUTIES

- Increase sales and profitability of covered regions and accounts.

- Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of key accounts.

- Take lead in developing cost effective solutions, including product development, to meet customer needs.

- Provide technical service, including trouble-shooting, product and application training to customers.

- Develop and manage distributors as needed.

- Manage account receivables to avoid overdue and bad debts.

- Develop relationship with machine/raw material suppliers to NW customers.

- Provide monthly sales forecasts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 8 years experience in serving OEM/Tier-1 and 2 customers in China's automotive industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, the Sciences, or equivalent.

- Experience with multinational companies is preferred.

- Perform well under pressure.

- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
