Responsibility

+ Drive/moderate relevant internal workshops/speedboats to find concrete and efficient solutions solving/optimizing

process and business challenges

+ Update changes of internal Business Process Management concept or structure to relevant functions

+ Maintain the bi-directional information flow between global headquarter and the regional headquarter

+ Ensure application assessment for selected processes within responsibility to be completed on time as planned

+ Support the global Process Leader / Process Designer in the preparation of the rollout as requested

+ Assist head of relevant global boards to run board meetings; ensure all internal Business Process Management

governance rules are followed

+ Facilitate locations to understand and implement standard Business Process Management methodology

+ Deliver trainings to ensure that a minimum information and knowledge level on Business Process Management is

existing at the locations within scope

+ Maintain relevant internal Process Data house and newsletters

Qualification

+ More than 6 years job experience, thereof 3 years in the relevant fields of Process management, industrial

engineering, or other management positions.

+ Major in business management is preferred

+ Working experience in automotive industry is preferred

+ Relevant work experience in APAC-wide is preferred

+ Having work experience in WOFE is a MUST

+ Rich experience in internal trainings is a PLUS

+ Working experience at an international team is a MUST

+ Experience of leading a team is also preferred

+ Experience of setting up local standards is preferred

+ Very good skills of English both in written and oral is a MUST

+ Very good inter person ,communication as well as presentation skills

+ Willing to have business trips, roughly 5~10% of overall working time

+ Major stakeholders: Head of regional corporate functions and contact person in each location
