8. Proficient in MS operations and good knowledge of payroll software utilization.
精通MS办公软件,及工资系统的运用。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities职位职责:
1. Responsible for the C&B function, including the process of monthly payroll and social insurance to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
负责工资系统,确保每月工资及公积金的及时准确发放。
2. Assist to implement the performance management program for both salaried staff and hourly employees and track the employee performance timely.
协助完成所有员工的绩效管理程序,及时跟踪员工绩效。
3. Make sure the HR policies and procedures are followed strictly
确保人事政策及制度严格执行。
4 Handle the employee grievance and disciplinary cases in time,
处理员工抱怨及违纪行为。
5. Supervise and manage HR administrative activities, like transportation, canteen, and security, office cleaning…, to ensure efficient and effective services.
监督管理人事行政事物,如交通、餐厅、安全、办公室清洁等,确保一切井然有序。
6. Maintain the employee P-file and update the HR system in time
保管员工个人档案,并及时更新人事系统。
7. Generate the reports as required
及时作出人事报告。
8. Introduce better practice to all HR functions
解释人事功能。
9. Other tasks assigned

Since our opening ceremony on January 25th 2008, we have grown quickly. Our facility now employees over 400 people in disciplines and areas of expertise including: sales, engineering, quality, finance, operations, human resources and purchasing. We set up MTD China (Shanghai) Co. Ltd and opened the first office in India in 2011 to pursue presence and rapid growth in Asia Market.
