？ Prior work experience in a pharmaceutical or medical device company preferred

Main Duties:

主要职责：

• Provide ongoing clinical training to support to aesthetic physicians including plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic physicians and surgeons and support commercial team’s responses to customer inquiries and questions.
• Identify and develop professional relationships with KOLs and health care professionals in responsible territory.
• Maintain key understanding of competitor products and innovation and trends in medical practice within the aesthetic & corrective field, and regularly communicate this information with physicians.
• When necessary, provide support for phase IV clinical trials and investigator initiated studies to generate Chinese data and output of publications, presentations.
• Provide strategic input in terms of medical affairs to be incorporated into country strategy development plan。
• Execute other related medical strategy and plan
• 提供持续的临床培训，帮助支持相关美容医师，具体包括整形外科医师、皮肤科医师、美容医师和外科医师，同时支持商业团队解答客户的咨询和提问。
• 确定和开发与产品相关领域中的KOL以及医务人员，并与其保持专业方面的合作关系

• 了解竞争产品，以及美容整形领域中的医学实践创新和发展趋势，定期与相关医师对此类信息开展交流。
• 必要时对四期临床研究及研究者发起的试验研究等予以支持，积累产品在国内的临床数据，同时促进相关出版物的出版。
• 从医学事务的角度，为公司的全国战略提供策略方面提供反馈与支持。

落地实施执行其他相关医学策略和计划。
