The main missions of the role are:

1、负责进料检验,制程检验及出货检验和相关检验报表的填写.
Be responsible of incoming inspection,　in-process inspection and outgoing inspection,　rela-tive inspection forms fill out.

2、依照作业指导书及其他标准文件做制程稽查.
Do in-process audit as per working instructions or the relative standard documentations.

3、运用QC七大手法解决进料检验,制程检验及出货检验中遇到的问题.
Solve the problems encountered during incoming inspection,inprocess inspection and outgoing inspection using QC seven tools.

4、协助完成部门内有关报表的制作.
Assist to complete the relative quality form.

5、完成临时安排的其他工作.
Undertake other duty assigned temporarily.

6、根据产品特性，能够熟练运用各种质量检具。及简间测量工具(如游标卡尺，高度规，千分尺等)。
Familiar use products fixture to verify parts critical dimension. Use simply measurement instru-ment ,like cliaper, micrometer, etc.

7、熟悉注塑工艺不良类型，及外观要求。
Be familiar with molding failure mode and not the requirement or standard with molding issue.

8、熟悉生产线各产品的制程。
Understand production line process flow.


Basic requirement:
1、机械类技校毕业或以上文凭. Technical school graduation in mechanical engineering or above.

2、熟悉注塑工艺及其制造流程.
Be familiar with injection technics and injection production process.

3、能用简单的英语和外国人进行交流. Communication with foreigners is no obstacle in simply English.
