1.Create raw material forecast with all production units according to the customers requirement ,and release the.
2.Issue PO or risky buy to suppliers according to the production plan orders and monitor shipments for punctual arriving.
3.Coordinate, organize and distribute manufacturing resources (raw materials, accessory material, and special material) to guarantee high efficiency in manufacturing.
4.Maintain safety inventory levels according to the manufacturing resource, balancing minimum optimal levels with existing supplier response time.
5.Focus on long-lead-time material and set up reasonable safety stock level to avoid material shortage or over stock.
6.Coordinate purchase and import, QA team to assure material supply to meet production requirement.
7.Verify manufacturing packs to comply with customer specifications,
8.Make sure that manufacturing packs are being put through in date order with the correct documentation.
9.Verify all job cards from sales.
10.Check with engineer about the drawing and tolling, release the technical request to artwork ,and key in information to IFS system
11.Verify ECN requirement and execute it

Education and Training:
1. college degree or above in Supply Chain Management
Experience and Skill:
1.Minimum 5 years' inventory management experience
2.Strong capability for problem solution
3.Familiar with MRP

5. Good command of written and spoken English
