Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment process in collaboration with recruiting managers within Group Functions, including mapping qualifications needed, preparing and posting job adverts, evaluating applications, provide shortlists, interviewing, reference taking, providing recommendations for final candidates and feedback to candidates. 
• Support HRBM’s/HBRP’s and recruiting managers with forecasting, executing and follow up on immediate recruitment needs.  
• Communicate with applicants to regularly brief them on the status of the  recruitment process. 
• Take initiative to co-ordinate with different stakeholders within People and Culture e.g. Recruitment & Onboarding, Mobility and Total Rewards specialists to handle requests. 
• Proactively contribute to developing recruitment processes to ensure ability to attract high potential candidates. 
• Contribute to development of social and digital recruitment processes to attract quality candidates. 
• Contribute to leverage innovative and social networking techniques to identify candidates and to build pipelines of candidates 

 

Requirements:

• Experienced recruiter at all organisational levels Social and digital recruitment  Strong interpersonal skills  
• Excellent competence mapping skills 
• A solid understanding of people behaviour and how that links to professional performance. 
• Ability to work effectively both in teams as well as independently  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality about available positions and other sensitive information
