1、负责做好工作会议的文字材料起草、会议记录以及会议纪要的整理等会务工作;

2、负责总经理的日常事务以及工作日程的重大事项的时间安排工作;

3、负责组织撰写或者校对重要文字资料;

4、负责总经理办公室来客接待工作，配合出差商务访问；

5、负责总经理办公室的各类文件的归档和资料分类索引工作;

6、负责各部门文件的收集、检查、整理待总经理审批以及保密工作;

7、负责协调本企业内部各部门、分支机构以及外部机构的关系。

任职要求：

1、有C1驾照者优先，女、年龄28岁以下。

2、行政管理或法律相关专业大专以上学历，具备1年以上秘书工作经验，具备良好的文字功底和表达能力; 　　

3、工作有条理、具有逻辑性，能合理安排文件的审阅顺序，重要紧急文件督促总经理审批; 　　

4、具备良好的职业素养和职业操守，注意做好重要事件或者文件的保密工作;

5、工作认真负责，能及时提醒总经理重大事务的安排;

6、良好的人际关系处理能力; 　　

7、良好的理解能力，能正确快速理解领导意思。
